Job Description

HGS is looking for a driven professional to join us as a Sales Advocate, to handle inbound and outbound calls for the client. As a Sales Advocate, you will:

·         Cater to the needs of clients and customers in a 24/7 work environment

·         Take inbound calls from potential customers who are placing new sales orders and from existing customers who want upgrades in their current services

·         Make outbound calls to the available customer base to create awareness on new products/services

·         Address queries, provide support and sell different products to retain business

·         Have exhaustive knowledge of the products or services that are being sold and the ability to cross-sell products/services

·         Perceive every call (as applicable) as an opportunity to upsell, in addition to converting customer orders and reducing customer churn

·         Handle objections to the sale effectively

·         Record every interaction in the system for ease of researching, locating and offering information

·         Determine requirements by working with customers

·         Resolve issues and escalate the unresolved ones

·         Explore answers and alternative solutions, and implement given solutions

·         Fulfil requests and close transactions, and forward requests where necessary

 Qualifications:

·         Demonstrated success in sales and customer service: Excellent grasp of sales, retention and service activities, negotiation and influencing, problem-solving and complaint-handling

·         Strong Interpersonal Skills: They are positive, pleasant, respectful, attentive and customer-focused. They should also be able to extend empathy in customer interactions.

·         Language and Communication Skills: Good command of English language with excellent enunciation and grammar, with proven abilities of effective oral and written communication

·         Analytical Skills: To comprehend, capture and interpret basic customer information to solve complex customer queries

·         Grasping Abilities: To retain detailed information and instructions

·         Typing Skills: Minimum 20 WPM with 85%accuracy

·         Skills that Give Them an Edge: Professional attitude, enthusiasm, reliability, strong knowledge of telephone etiquettes and MS Office, deep knowledge of industry trends and competitors
