Position Summary

Trainee Process consultant are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. 

Roles & Responsibilities

- Answering the calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Performing the basic troubleshooting step to resolve the query
- Take ownership of the call and drive first call resolution
- Looping the necessary department for a quick solution in a timely manner
- Document the troubleshooting steps as per the process requirement
- Deliver excellence as per the process metrics

Essential skills and abilities:

                Computer knowledge – navigating through windows 7 and above OS
                Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Basic Telephone Etiquettes & MS Office

Typing Skills minimum 15 WPM with 85% accuracy & Basic System Navigation Skills

Education & Experience

  • Under graduate/Graduation (Minimum 12 years of education)
  • Fresher – 0 to 6 Months
