Mithun: I have a post-graduation in HR and I’ve been working for over three years in Talent Acquisition.

Mithun: I look for candidates who can help businesses find the subject and medium that fits their unique identity in the best possible way. I also look for candidates who are able to produce high-quality content that help us meet our objectives.

HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?

Mithun: I always make sure to ask my candidates about their vision for their next four years at HGS, should they be hired.
