Daniel is an HR Administrator at HGS USA. He has been with us for more than 6 years now. She shares with us her experience of working and growing with HGS.

 

HGS: How has the journey been so far?

Daniel: The journey has been excellent, and it keeps getting better. I started as an agent, and after about a year, I moved into a Lead Operator position. Two years later started working on a specialty team dealing with a set of products the client felt needed special attention. During this time, I would also help update our curriculum and lead recurrent training classes. After about ten months, I was promoted to team leader, and now after two years as a team leader, I have moved into a position with HR Shared Services.

 

HGS: What about HGS has made you stay?

Daniel: Throughout my time here, it has been the people I work with that kept me going. They’ve always been there to help teach me new things and encourage me to advance within the company. This is something that makes coming to work every day better.
